Available Today: New RealRank Dashboard

Our clients told us about the time-consuming process of aggregating and sharing data so we created RealRank, a dashboard designed to improve workflow. RealRank streamlines the submarket scoring process by unifying critical property- and market-level metrics – including nominal values and growth rates for rent, income, employment, and population – into a single view. Data can be exported into Excel for easy sharing and addition to Investment Committee presentations.

Coming Soon: RealRent SFR Nowcast & MF Forecast

We know that accurately assessing current and future rents is critical to making investment decisions, so we are expanding our RealRent dashboard to include nowcasts for single family properties and forecasts for multifamily properties. These product enhancements go beyond the status quo by leveraging diverse data inputs and ML-powered models, providing a more accurate assessment of rents with greater transparency into growth drivers.
